WHAT TIME CAN WE ARRIVE AND DEPART?
Check-in is from 4 PM and check-out is between 10:30 AM and 11 AM. If you arrive after 10 PM, please notify us at 04 92 45 82 08 and we will arrange your welcome.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, pets are welcome with an additional charge of €10/day per animal, except in the Comfort & Health rooms and studio
Are there rates for children?
Stay is free for children under 2 years old. For children aged 2 to 4, the rate is €14 per day. We have baby cots and childcare equipment available, to be requested at the time of booking.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit cards, American Express, checks, cash, vacation checks, and ANCV Connect.
Are sheets and towels provided?
Regardless of your accommodation, sheets and towels are provided. In the hotel, the beds are ready upon your arrival. In the cottage, sheets and towels are also provided, but the beds need to be prepared. Studio bedrooms and cottages: Double bedding in 160/200
Is there Wi-Fi and television?
Yes, Wi-Fi is free and each accommodation has a television with TNT channels and radios.
Are the accommodations accessible for people with reduced mobility?
No, unfortunately the establishment is not wheelchair accessible and it is not equipped with an elevator.
Do you offer breakfast?
Yes, by reservation, €15 per person and €10 / child - 12 Years from 8 AM to 10 AM in buffet style.
Can we have dinner on site?
We do not have a restaurant, but we offer a 100% homemade takeaway menu every evening. If you prefer to cook, all studios are equipped for that, plus there are 7 restaurants within a radius of less than 400 m from the hotel.
Where to go shopping in Saint-Véran?
In Saint-Véran, there are 2 grocery stores and a bread depot; 10 km from Saint-Véran you will find a supermarket, the Queyras cheese factory and a bakery pastry shop.
Parking and Electric Charging Station?
Parking (paid) is less than 300 m from the hotel. A charging point is located in front of the hotel, the charging fee is €9.
Do you offer a room for bicycles or skis?
A communal ski room is located at the foot of the alpine ski slopes, and equipment rental shops offer storage. We provide a bicycle room with electric sockets.
